Yesterday i was working OT, then i tag along with K to go back cos she live in Jurong and she's driving..GZ also ard. Then we're toking abt J... alamak why does subordinates tok abt and gossip abt their superior.. does the superior have so much things for them to say.. i began to wonder..

Since K is sending me over to Jurong. I was thinking might as well give Dear a surprise by turning up at her house.. hehehe then Dear sms me telling me that she has a bad day.. So the more i should give her the surprise.. when i reach her house.. she's over at her popo's house having dinner. So i hide in her room.. but i forgot to tell her mum not to tell her.. but too late.. then dear walk into her room and look shock..

She keeping asking why i'm here.. she tot that i'm working Overtime. I tot her that i wana give her a surprise.. and since K is fetching me to Jurong.. i might as well..

after a while she started crying... then after she told me what happen... i "sayang" her.. and explained to her that it's not yr fault...Suddenly i've this tot which i wana share with pple who's reading this blog esp frds out there are starting to work...

TIPS FOR NEWBIE TO WORK

- Do not feel stressed when yr manager or yr superior scold you ...or scare by them when they raise their voice or use sarcastic pharses on you. *Remain calm and listen to what your superior say or scold. Take those that you can learn and dump those useless comments. After he/she finish their comments, I will take yr comments as a lesson learnt, i'm still learning. Thanks.. by saying this, yr superior will think that you're a good learner.*

-When you did a mistake that your manager feel that you're so STUPID.

*Dun take it to heart. Ask yr manager or superior to teach or coach you the right way. What's the solution to the mistake. Find the solution rather than saying. Just listen and find how stupid or immature yr superior is. *
