What's wealth to us? is it monetary or spiritualy? Today during my SUNDAY mass, our priest post this question to us.
LIST 10 THINGS THAT YOU WILL GRAB WHEN THERE'S A EARTHQUAKE/TREMBLANCE IN YR HOUSE.

Miruki ask me to write my top 10 list down. I didn't want to write yet cos i wanted to see what others wrote. To me, I will not take anythings. I will grab my parents, my wife and my sis out of the house. What are all these "material" things abt when you're alone in this world without yr loved ones. What my priest say is that, If you believe that Christ is yr wealth, everything will fall in place as LOVE is his summary of his commandments. IT's anyways the tenancy to grab our fav toy, our money, our fav hp... cos we placed them all above our loved ones. It's so human to commit this. So our priest ask us to reflect back.
For me, this top 10 list i've two versions. One, before my sister's death. Another one, after my sister's death
Before my youngest sister's death
- my comic books * cos i spend some much time buying and collecting
- my PS2 cos it is something that i cannot do without.
- my HP cos it's a gadget that i can contact with all the girls
- my fav cap
- my piggy banks cos it's all my hard earned savings.
- My dad
- My mum
- My sister
- My youngest sis
- My gf
After my youngest sis's death
- My Dad
- My Mum
- My wife
- My sister
No more. That's all.
Some pple who see this will question me, these are not THINGS, they are humans. For me I will not take any THINGS but i will grab them tightly and run out of the house. Some pple out there will be wondering, are you that saint? U sure? I can tell you that i'm sure. From what i've gone thru during the transition period between when my sis is still alive and when she left us. I can tell you all whole heartedly that i will do this. Cos i realised that i can give up all material things in exchange for my youngest sis's life. At the pt when her life is in danger. I told Lord that let me uses all my treasures to exchange her life or even take my life.
In the end, all these cannot exchange the life of my sis. I felt so useless. But as today, from today's MASS, i truely understand that my sis had got eternal life. Believe it or not. We can feel it. As her life story had lay a deep impact in all of us. THis impact will be carried by us and to a lot of pple ard.
I'm happy that pple wrote in their top 10 list to me. Do not be sad that you did not write yr loved ones in cos from this moment onwards you will place them in yr top 10 list.

Wealth to me is spiritualy. It gives us the strength as we can buy alot of the things with money. It makes us feel good. But then, money actually to me is not that important. We can earn money ourselves using our knowledge. So money is only spirtualy, it gives us the so-called \'power\'. (Hmm, am I making sense?

10 things? Hmm...Don\'t know leh but I will definitely grab all of my savings and my family members (if they do not realise that there is an earthquake) Lol.

Veri true... thou its ten things... but i mean if all of us at a spilt second to grab 10 items, i think the ans be veri different... I think all of us would 1stly guarantee our family\'s safety before anythin else.. Den if its safe enough we might go back and grab more material/personal stuff....

interesting interesting... maybe the only material things i will grab is my hp, food and water. hp to contact my family in case anyone becomes a lost sheep. food n water so dat we got food to eat. so wad if u save them? u will still die without food and water
